岗位职责：
1、技术方案输出：基于前端采集的用户需求清单，独立撰写定制化技术方案，包括需求拆解、产品适配、实施路径等；确保方案可行性与落地性；
2、技术支持：负责公司TOF测距芯片等相关产品的售前 / 售后技术支持，包括客户咨询解答、现场调试、故障排查、性能优化等，覆盖产品全生命周期应用支持；
3、客户沟通与需求对接：作为技术接口人，与客户进行深度技术交流，精准理解需求痛点，将客户诉求转化为技术语言传递至内部研发团队，同时向客户清晰讲解技术方案与产品优；
4、现场支持与出差：接受短期出差，提供客户现场技术支持、产品演示、技术培训等服务，保障项目顺利推进。

任职要求：扫地机行业背景
1、专科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、微电子、光学工程等相关专业；
2、2年以上TOF测距领域或光学传感器FAE工作经验，优先考虑具备北极芯微、芯视界、美芯晟等主流TOF芯片厂商相关工作背景者。
3、具备扎实的硬件开发基础，为客户提供参考电路以及落地适配。有PCB设计或硬件调试经验者优先；
4、具备独立撰写技术方案的能力，能将用户需求转化为结构化、可落地的技术文档。
5、具备优秀的技术沟通能力，能将复杂技术内容转化为客户易懂的语言，高效对接内外部需求；
6、逻辑思维清晰，能快速定位并解决客户应用过程中的技术问题，具备较强的临场应变能力；
7、责任心强、自驱力足，具备良好的团队协作意识与抗压能力，接受短期出差安排（出差频率根据项目需求调整）。
加分项：
熟悉STM32/Linux驱动开发或C/C++/python编程者；
有机器人、无人机、激光雷达等TOF芯片典型应用场景项目经验者；
具备英文技术文档读写能力，能阅读芯片datasheet者。
