1、熟练掌握Java开发技术栈，熟悉常用的集合操作、文件IO、多线程编程；

2、熟悉Java Web开发技术，对常用框架如Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis、Hibernate\Spring Boot有较多的工程使用经验。有SpringCloud微服务开发经验优先；

3、至少熟悉一种Mysql、SQL Server等常用关系型数据库, 并能够熟练使用sql以及相关优化，具备数据库系统的设计能力；

4、熟悉常用Nosql如Cache、Redis、Memcached、Leveldb中的一种，能够熟练配置及部署；

5、具有3年以上分布式、高并发、高性能系统经验，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制，能对常用开源技术进行合理应用及解决问题，有较强的分析设计能力和方案整合能力；

6、掌握Linux 操作系统，熟悉Linux环境下的Java应用程序安装部署及性能调优；

7、有很强的编码功底，有过业务设计经验，能解决疑难技术问题；

8、良好的开发习惯、代码规范习惯，注重工作效率；能够开发高质量的代码。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学或相关专业。

2.熟练掌握计算机基础知识、熟悉常用数据结构及算法，熟悉常用的网络知识及操作系统原理；

3.具备良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够独立思考并制定方案。

4.工作积极主动，执行能力强，能积极推进问题解决。
