岗位职责：
1.市场开发与销售目标
制定所辖区域的年度销售计划，分解并完成公司下达的销售目标；
开拓新客户(签署代理合同)、新渠道（代理商、经销商等），建立长期合作关系；分析区域市场趋势、竞争动态，调整销售策略以提升市场份额；
2.客户关系管理
维护重点客户（Key Accounts），解决客户需求，提升客户满意度；
拟定客户拜访计划，定期参加国际展会，协调技术、售后团队提供本地化支持；
3.团队协作与市场调研
协同市场部、产品部优化推广策略，推动产品适配本地需求；
及时将区域市场信息及时汇总给市场和部门共享，为销售和市场决策做参考；
4.订单管理与应收款跟进
协调客服与进出口部门跟进生产与出货流程，确保订单的正常出货，确保应收账款的落实.
5.售后服务与客户培训
跟进售后产品的质量反馈，协调客服部和研发部处理客户的投诉问题，针对问题以及客户诉求进行培训和指导；
任职要求：
1.精通国际医疗器械销售流程、经销商管理及商务谈判
2.熟悉海外市场准入法规、招投标及合同管理
3.具备较强的数据分析能力，能独立完成销售预测与经营分析
4.熟练使用Office及CRM系统
5.本科以上学历，专业不限；英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言；掌握第二外语（西语/法语/阿语等）者优先
6.有5年以上国际医疗产品IVD销售经验，有独立负责区域并完成销售目标的成功案例，有海外出差及空白市场开拓经验者优先
7.具备强烈的业绩导向与抗压能力，能独立对业务结果负责
8.优秀的市场洞察力与策略制定能力，良好的跨文化沟通与协调能力，能适应海外出差。
