3、精通MySQL表结构设计、多表查询、事务与锁机制，擅长索引优化、慢SQL治理、分页及大数据量数据库性能调优。
4、熟练使用MyBatis、MyBatis-Plus开发数据层，可编写动态SQL并优化查询；熟练运用Redis数据结构，可独立设计缓存方案，解决缓存穿透、击穿、雪崩等问题。
5、熟练使用主流消息队列，可实现业务异步解耦、削峰填谷，能处理消息重复消费、积压、可靠性保障等生产问题。
6、熟练使用各类开发、调试及远程工具；掌握Linux命令、Nginx配置、Maven/Gradle构建与Git版本管理，熟练利用AI工具提升开发与排错效率。
7、掌握Docker容器基础操作，可完成镜像打包、容器部署、Jar包上线、日志排查及服务日常运维工作。
8、熟悉ES、ClickHouse、MongoDB等非关系型数据库，了解其特性与适用场景，可支撑对应业务开发。

10、具备独立全栈开发能力，掌握前端权限控制、表单校验、防抖节流及页面性能优化，可高效完成前后端联调，解决跨域、文件传输、树形数据、复杂列表等常见业务问题。
任职要求：
1、统招本科，计算机相关专业，0–2 年开发经验，优秀应届生可录用；
2、熟练掌握至少一门主流开发语言及对应框架，熟悉 MySQL、Git、Linux 基础；
3、掌握基础数据结构、计算机网络，能独立完成 CRUD 功能开发；
4、具备基础问题排查能力，有完整项目开发经验；
5、良好沟通、学习能力，代码规范，工作踏实有责任心。
6、有驾驶经验的优先考虑。
