对现有系统进行维护,问题处理以及优化；
开发和引进测试环境自动化构建、运维和监控工具，提高测试环境运维的标准化、流程化和自动化水平;
开发和引进测试工具，提高自动化测试/压力测试/端到端测试等各专项测试工程效能（包括用例输出、管理、执行、报告输出与管理）。
任职要求1. 熟悉Java，熟悉Webservice、Restful服务开发标准、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制，掌握JVM常见的参数；
2. 熟悉Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis等主流开发框架；熟练掌握常用数据库系统（Oracle、MySQL等）,，熟悉SQL操作，具有丰富的数据库设计和相关应用开发经验；
3. 熟悉Linux下的应用服务器的部署及性能调试，如Tomcat、Nginx等；具有良好的自学能力和独立解决问题的能力，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能主动推动项目达成目标；
