岗位职责
1.负责公司 Android 端博物馆导览应用的功能模块开发、单元测试与迭代维护，按排期高质量交付。
2.开展应用性能优化，针对启动速度、内存占用、CPU 消耗等进行瓶颈定位与优化，保障流畅稳定。
3.参与需求与技术方案评审，完成 Android 端技术方案设计、接口设计与风险评估。
4.负责线上线下 Bug 排查修复，及时响应用户反馈，保障应用安全稳定运行。
5.撰写技术文档、接口文档，参与团队技术分享，完成知识沉淀。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先。
2. 3 年及以上 Android 应用开发经验，有完整项目上线与迭代维护经历。
3. 熟练掌握 Java/Kotlin 语言，精通 Android SDK、Framework 及常用开源框架。
4. 熟悉 Android UI 开发、组件化 / 模块化开发，掌握内存管理、多线程、网络通信机制。
5. 具备性能调优、问题排查、版本兼容适配与应用安全相关经验。
6. 熟练使用 Android Studio、Git、Gradle 等开发协作工具，熟悉常用设计模式与数据结构。
7. 有音视频、硬件交互、地图导航、蓝牙 / BLE / 串口通信、电商类项目经验优先。
8. 具备良好的需求理解、独立开发、团队协作与沟通能力，能快速学习新技术。
