【任职要求】
1.大专及以上学历，为人正直，价值观正；
2.8年以上JAVA 开发经验，理解 IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉 Spring 等开源框架，对 JVM 原理有一定的了解，良好的技术能力和架构能力，熟悉数据库/中间件等技术，能够独立完成架构设计及研发；
3.良好的技术能力和架构能力，有服务系统设计和核心代码开发的经验，有微服务架构拆分和治理经验，良好的领域驱动设计的架构能力；
4.有大规模高并发互联网应用的架构设计和研发运维经验，熟悉常规的分布式架构，熟悉缓存、消息队列等开源中间件，熟悉各种关系、NoSq|数据库，有云原生系统经验；
5.良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，具备良好的技术领导能力，技术趋势和思路上能影响并带领技术团队；
