3、掌握5种及以上设计模式；

4、熟练使用ieda开发工具，GIT管理工具

5、熟练Oralce、DB数据库中的其中一门数据库开发；

6、熟练使用Springboot, MyBatis、ActiveMQ、Redis、Dubbo框架技术，熟悉Vue.js前端技术

7、有经纪业务软件开发经验的优先；

8、具有优秀的语言表达能力和学习适应能力，肯钻研学习，有耐心和责任心。
