1、负责公司后端系统的开发、优化和维护，确保系统的高效、稳定、安全运行。与团队成员紧密合作，参与公司核心产品的设计、开发、测试及部署工作，确保项目按时按质完成。
2、负责Java后端服务的开发，包括业务逻辑设计、数据库设计、接口设计等；
3、参与系统需求分析、设计、编码、测试及上线工作；

5、编写清晰、规范、可维护的代码，并进行单元测试；

任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上Java开发经验；
2、熟练掌握Java语言及面向对象编程思想，熟悉Java核心类库；
3、熟练掌握Spring、MyBatis等主流Java框架，并了解其原理；
4、熟悉数据库设计、SQL优化及至少一种关系型数据库（如MySQL、Oracle、postgresql）熟悉postgresql优先；
5、熟练使用Maven、Git等版本控制和构建工具；
6、了解Linux操作系统，熟悉常用命令及Shell脚本编写；
7、熟悉JVM调优、多线程、网络编程等Java高级特性；
8、对微服务架构、分布式系统、缓存技术（如Redis）、消息队列（如Kafka）等有一定了解；
9、有良好的编程习惯，注重代码质量和可维护性；
10、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够承担一定的工作压力；
有互联网行业从业经验者优先，有大数据、云计算、人工智能等相关项目经验者优先；
11、对新技术有浓厚兴趣，有持续学习和自我提升的能力。
