职责描述：
1．          根据产品需求等文档，制定产品开发计划；
2．          根据设计文件进行业务逻辑设计，开发核心业务模块；
3．          负责完成软件产品的编码实现（编码、单元测试）、集成测试，并按项目管理规范编写相应的技术文档；
4．          配合项目经理完成相关任务目标，为相关部门和人员提供技术支持；
5．          需要承担一定的团队管理工作，对团队项目研发等绩效负责。
任职要求：
1．          统招本科以上，计算机相关专业毕业；
2．          5年以上同等岗位工作经验；
3．          Java基础牢固，熟悉多线程、NIO、集合等技术，对JVM调优有经验者优先；
4．          熟练掌握Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud开发框架，并对原理有一定理解；
5．          熟练使用Mybatis、Redis、Kafka等中间价框架，并具备优化能力；
6．          熟练使用Mysql、Oracle等数据库，并具备Sql语句优化能力；
7．          熟悉Docker常用命令；
8．          熟悉fabric者优先；
9．          熟练使用Git、Svn、Maven、Eclipse、Idea等工具；
10．       扎实的计算机基础理论，了解HTTP、HTTPS、TCP/IP等网络协议；
具备良好的沟通、和主动思考能力，良好的学习意识和能力。
