岗位职责
版本管理与发布策略：负责Ego数采设备/MR眼镜产品软件版本生命周期管理，制定版本命名规范、分支策略及发布节奏，确保版本演进清晰可追溯。
代码托管与分支管理：负责代码仓（Git/Gerrit/GitLab）的日常维护，包括分支创建、权限管控、代码合入与冲突协调，保障多研发板块（Camera、Framework、BSP、音频、蓝牙等）的有序并行开发。
持续集成与每日构建：搭建或维护持续集成（CI）流水线，组织每日构建与冒烟测试，确保每日版本可用性，及时发现合入引入的编译或基础功能问题。
软件封包与发布交付：按里程碑节点完成软件封包、版本归档及发布交付，输出版本发布说明与变更清单，确保交付物完整可追溯。
编译环境与工具链维护：维护软件编译环境与工具链，解决开发人员的编译环境问题，保障编译通过率与构建效率。
配置审计与基线管理：组织配置审计，确保各阶段交付物与配置项完整、一致、可追溯；建立并维护功能基线、分配基线与产品基线。
跨部门协同对接：与SPM、SE、硬测、各领域研发团队协同，对齐版本计划与硬件测试节奏，保障软硬联调阶段版本的及时供应。
