About the job
To ensure safe efficient development of modified crosslinked polymer products by collaborating with internal teams, utilizing processing equipment, performing comprehensive performance testing data analysis.
In your future role as “R&D Laboratory Chemist” you will
· Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety protocols Company EHS standard.
· Collaborate with market teams to understcustomer requirements provide technical solutions.
· Work closely with R&D teams to develop optimize polymer modification crosslinking processes.
· Utilize common polymer processing equipment (such as extruders, mixing mills, vulcanization injection molding machines) conduct performance testing using instruments like DSC, tensile testers, MDR, aging testers.
· Analyze experimental data, interpret results, prepare technical reports finternal stakeholders.

· Experience with thermoplastics elastomers.
· Understanding of sustainability trends in polymer modification.
We believe you are...
· Bachelor’s Master’s degree in polymer chemistry/science, materials science with focus on processing forming, related field.
· Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
· Basic understanding of polymer modification crosslinking principles.
· Familiarity with modifiers fproperty enhancement.
· Ability to learn operate polymer processing equipment testing instruments.
· Strong analytical skills attention to detail.
· Ability to use English as the primary working language (both written spoken).
