岗位职责：
1、参与交易类或会员营销类的IT项目建设，完成系统整体规划、技术方案设计、需求分解、项目版本管理等；
2、提供系统日常应用支持，分析和发掘现有系统的不足，定位系统瓶颈，持续优化系统性能，保证系统的安全、稳定和效率；

岗位要求：
1、本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java相关研发工作经验；
2、精通Java相关技术栈，精通Spring，Springboot，Springcloud，Mybatis等常用开源技术和框架；
3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和业务开发，有Jvm、缓存、多线程、分布式架构、分布式事务、消息中间件等技术积累；
4、熟练使用常用的Kafka、Nginx、Redis、RabbitMQ等中间件；
5、精通数据结构与算法，有高并发处理经验，有参与过大型秒杀活动经验者优先考虑；
6、熟悉常用的关系型数据库及分布式数据库，如：Mysql、TiDB等；
7、熟悉 Python 语言，熟悉Django开发框架，熟悉常用 Python 开发库；
8、学习能力强.适应能力好，具备耐心.细心的品质，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力；
9、具备规范的编码习惯，良好的需求理解.沟通及表达能力；
10、具备数据运营及大数据治理工作经验；
11、有应用ChatGPT、ChatGLM、LLaMA、Claude、Cursor等能力合作开发AI类产品的经验‌；
12、具备大模型结合知识库应用落地经验，掌握多模态数据处理、Langchain技术原理和应用。
