岗位职责：

4、熟练掌握Java、Spring等常用开发技术，有一定的系统设计经验和程序性能调优能力，或具备一定的大数据性能优化能力，包括但不限于程序、配置、SQL语句等；
5、具备良好的沟通、理解、表达能力和问题解决能力；
6、有银行信贷系统/网贷或者银行账务核算，银行交易类的开发经验优先考虑。
