工作内容：
1、负责公司环境、职业卫生健康与安全管理体系的建立与维护，确保符合国家相关法律规定及行业标准；
2、统筹日常安全巡查（包括特种设备电梯、叉车、压力容器）、环保监测及危险源辨识工作，推动现场安全隐患整改，提升本质安全水平；
3、策划并实施分层级的员工安全培训与应急演练，覆盖化学品管理、设备安全等核心场景，强化全员风险防范意识；
4、协助处理安全事故调查与整改，制定预防措施，降低事故发生率；
5、主导ISO 14001及ISO 45001体系在该工厂的日常运行、内审及文件记录完善；
6、积极配合安全主管负责任人的任务下达与项目闭环工作；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程、化学等相关专业优先；
2、具备半导体行业EHS管理3年以上经验；
3、具备扎实的EHS专业知识，持有注册安全工程师或环境管理体系内审员证书者优先考虑；
4、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力与执行力，高效推动EHS管理工作落地。
