一、岗位职责：
1、参与核心业务系统的开发与维护，协助进行模块设计与性能优化；
2、优化代码质量，提升系统稳定性，遵循团队技术规范；

二、任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Java 后端开发经验；
2、熟练掌握 Java，具备良好的 OOP 思想，使用过常见的设计模式；
3、深入理解 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 微服务框架、具备第三方系统对接经验，熟悉常见认证授权机制及接口安全设计。
4、熟悉 Elasticsearch 架构原理，具备大数据量检索与性能优化经验，有 ELK 实战经验优先
5、熟练使用 MySQL / SQL Server/pg，了解事务、锁机制、索引优化、分库分表等优化，具备 SQL 调优能力；
6、熟悉 RabbitMQ 核心特性及高级用法，有 Kafka 等消息中间件使用经验者优先。
7、熟悉 Redis 等缓存技术，了解 MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库的基本使用；
8、熟悉 Git 版本管理，了解 Docker 基本使用；
9、具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神和问题分析能力，有团队协作意识，能配合团队完成项目开发。

三、加分项（非必须）
有高并发系统开发或优化经验；
有技术博客或开源项目参与经验。
