任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，基础扎实。
2. 1年及以上后端开发经验，Python 后端为主，熟练 FastAPI/Flask Web 框架，熟悉 MySQL、Redis。
3. Linux 环境开发部署，Docker，具备线上问题排查能力；能够独立完成模块设计、接口设计。
4. 能够熟练运用主流AI工具（如代码助手、模型调优平台、数据处理工具等）提升工作效率。
5. 具备良好的问题分析能力与跨团队协作能力，能独立推进Python技术相关的复杂项目落地。
