4. 熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka等中间件的使用与原理。
5. 有不动产业务全流程、资产管理全生命周期管理或地图服务（GIService）经验者优先。
6. 有银行金融系统或政府类项目对接经验者优先。
7. 了解信创要求，熟悉国产数据库或国产中间件者优先。
8. 具备前端全栈经验（Vue/React）者优先。
9. 学习能力强，抗压能力好，能快速上手新业务与新技术。
10. 熟练运用AI工具（如GitHub Copilot、ChatGPT、Cursor等）辅助代码开发、文档撰写及工作提效。
