【岗位职责】
1. 客户沟通与关系维护，主要負責馬來西亞市場
负责与客户进行日常沟通，精准捕捉并梳理客户需求（Brief），撰写准确的工作指令（Workder）。
维护健康的客户关系，建立专业互信，能够独立应对中层客户的日常询问与反馈。

2. 项目流程管理 (Project Management)
有小紅書競價及品牌廣告經驗，從制定項目，策略，對接媒體跟優化
(小紅書IP 對接, 程序化經驗 optional)
制定详细的项目执行排期（Timeline），把控每个节点的交付质量与进度，预判并化解执行风险。
协调内部各部门（创意、策略、媒介、制作），确保产出物符合客户 Brief 并达到公司专业标准。

3. 策略与提案参与
参与品牌年度策略或单次活动方案的头脑风暴，产出有洞察的市场调研与竞品分析报告。
具备一定的 PPT 撰写能力，能够独立完成小型执行方案的提案工作，或协助经理完成大型比稿。

【任职要求】
教育背景：本科及以上学历，广告学、市场营销、新闻传播学等相关专业优先。
工作经验：2-4 年广告公司、公关公司或整合营销机构经验（有知名 4A 公司经历者优先）。
核心技能：

文档功底：精通 Office 系列软件（尤其是 PPT 和 Excel），能产出逻辑清晰、视觉规范的报告。
沟通协调：具备极强的跨部门沟通能力，能从容处理多任务并行的压力。良好英文溝通。
行业敏锐度：熟悉国内数字营销生态
软素质：具有高度的责任心，注重细节（细节控），对创意内容有基本的审美判别力。
