工作职责

3. 结合传统图像处理算法（如边缘检测、降噪、形态学处理等）与深度学习方案，解决实际业务中的复杂视觉难题
4. 持续跟进计算机视觉领域的前沿技术，探索并引入新算法以提升现有系统的性能与效率

任职资格
1. 学历背景：计算机、自动化、电子信息、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 具备扎实的图像算法基础，熟悉主流的目标检测、异常检测及图像分割算法，有实际项目落地经验者优先；
3. 熟练掌握 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等至少一种主流深度学习框架，具备扎实的模型训练与调试能力；
4. 熟悉 C++ 编程，具备良好的代码规范和数据结构基础, 可独立完成推理部署等工作；
5. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，能熟练进行脚本编写与系统调试
6. 熟悉 OpenCV 等视觉库，了解并掌握边缘检测、图像降噪、特征提取等传统图像处理算法
7. 有良好的沟通能力，责任强，善于协助与分享。可熟练阅读英文技术网站，搜索并解决技术问题的能力
