职责描述：
1、参照有关法律法规和行业标准建立和维护EHS运行体系，对公司的运行现状进行合规性评价。
2、制定EHS年度工作计划和工作目标。
3、负责EHS系统外部事务的沟通和处理。
4、负责公司的三级安全培训以及年度培训工作，指导和协助其他部门进行安全管理和安全措施的落实。
5、负责定期安全生产检查并追踪，做好危险源的排查以及风险管控。
6、协助做好特种作业人员的外训以及换证复审工作。
7、责安全事故的调查及工伤事故的管理
8、负责相关的特殊作业审批及管理工作。
9、组织制定EHS应急预案，定期组织应急演练。
10、其它交办事项
任职要求：
1、有国家注册安全工程师证书，3年以上EHS相关工作经验。
2、熟悉安全方面的相关法规和标准、规范，掌握危害因素的识别、监测、评估的方法。
3、良好的沟通协调能力。
4、具有药企工作背景优先。
