一、岗位职责：
1、负责对结构料（五金、塑胶件）、包材、辅料进行检测，确保其符合规格书、图纸及检验标准的要求。
2、熟练使用各类检验工具与仪器（如卡尺、高度规、色差仪、膜厚仪、万用表、电桥等），准确执行检验，并详细、及时地记录检验数据与结果。
3、对检验中发现的质量异常进行初步判定、清晰标识、有效隔离，及时与研发、采购及供应商沟通，跟踪异常的闭环处理。及时跟进线上物料异常的处理。
4、维护和保养检验工具与量具，参与检验标准的优化，并完成相关质量记录的整理、归档与保存。
5、此岗位为新增岗位，招1人，发展潜力大，晋升方向：IQC技术员--QE助理工程师--QE工程师--高级QE工程师
二、任职资格：
1、学历要求：大专及以上学历，优秀者可适当放宽学历。
2、工作经验：1年以上IQC、SQE工作经验，熟悉质检工作流程。
三、基本技能和素质：
1、熟悉常见结构件、包材辅料等物料检验标准，有相关的物料检验经验；
2、会使用常见的测试和检验工具，例如卡尺、高度规、电桥、万用表等；
3、工作严谨细致，原则性强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
