职责描述：
1、负责品牌线下各国各类型经销商、商超（ Walmart、Costco、Sams Club、Target等）、企业客户及个人客户的拓展，主导老品运营、销量达成、新品推进与全生命周期管理;
2、负责对线下各资源质量进行评估及分类，主导客户例会、业务节点评估与问题闭环、建立长期合作机制，完成拓展并*终完成提升渠道销售业绩；
3、商超条线管理机制搭建，如动销策略、运营节奏、内部配合SOP制定，并负责相关类目竞对品牌信息挖掘，为当前渠道拓展提供优化建议或调整方案；
4、负责品牌受众客户信息的挖掘及深度分析，提高客户质量，推动品牌进驻与初期动销，提高拓展成功率；
5、负责维护客户及企业资源关系，持续扩大优质客户资源名单，负责提高复购率。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、英语、市场营销等相关专业优先;
2、英语六级以上，能独立进行英文邮件、会议与项目沟通；
3、5年以上美国主流商超客户管理经验，3年以上团队管理经验，主导过Walmart、Costco、Target等客户项目优先;
4、熟悉商超客户系统如 RetailLink，精通新品导入、老品下市、促销策略、动销跟踪等商超节奏打法;
5、具备扎实的数据分析与项目管理能力，能从销售数据中找到问题并推动改进；
6、具备沟通影响力、客户同理心与解决问题能力，有节奏感、抗压能力强，具备跨部门统筹与团队协作意识，具备良好的客户管理视角。
