工作职责:
1、负责质量管理体系文件（含外来文件）的管理；
2、参与内审、外审、监督审核CAPA落实情况的跟踪，监督和协调各部门完成不符合项整改；
3、参与生产批记录审核和放行的工作，并归档相关记录；
4、负责验证工作的统筹，制定年度验证计划，督促相关部门完成验证的实施并保留归档验证方案和报告；
5、参与不合格品、质量事故、质量投诉、退货/召回产品进行调查、处理，并采取纠正预防措施；
6、参与公司第三方体系认证的迎审工作，三体系、知识产权体系、ISO 13485认证体系等；
7、负责按照监管机构的要求定期上报年度自查报告、经济指标、不良事件监测系统的维护等。
任职资格:
1、专科以上学历，医学、检验、生物等相关专业；
2、1年以上医疗器械生产企业（体外诊断试剂/有源/独立软件）、或药企质量管理相关工作经验；
3、熟悉ISO13485，医疗器械生产质量管理规范等相关的法律法规；
4、有较强的自主学习能力和执行力，具备良好的沟通能力；熟练掌握办公软件的使用；
5、有ISO13485内审员证者优先考虑。
