8. 熟悉并运用 CI/CD 工具参与自动化构建与部署流程，提升开发交付效率
9. 了解容器化技术基础应用，参与 Docker 容器化部署相关工作
10.协助指导初级开发工程师，分享技术经验，共同提升团队技术能力
11.关注行业技术动态，学习并引入合适的新技术、新方法提升开发效率

## 任职要求
2. 精通Java编程语言，深入理解JVM原理、内存模型及性能优化
3. 精通Spring全家桶（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Spring Security等），有丰富的微服务项目实战经验
4. 熟悉阿里云生态，包括ECS、容器服务ACK、OSS、SLS、RDS等产品的使用与实践
5. 熟悉容器化技术，深入理解Docker原理，能够编写高效的Dockerfile和镜像优化
6. 熟练掌握Kubernetes，能够进行资源配置、服务编排、监控告警和故障排查
7. 熟悉CI/CD流程，有Jenkins、GitLab CI、阿里云效等工具的实战经验
8. 有微信小程序后端开发经验，熟悉小程序生态、接口规范及安全机制
9. 熟悉分布式系统设计原则，了解服务注册发现、配置中心、API网关等组件
10. 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，有较强的学习能力和团队协作精神
11. 熟悉Linux系统操作
