岗位职责：
1、负责资金规划、融资管理及资金使用效率优化。‌制定合理的税务策略，处理税务合规事务，优化税负，统筹公司全盘财务工作，包括账务处理、资金管理、成本核算、财务报表编制；
2、参与拟定公司发展战略、经营计划，制定公司财务战略和年度预算，监督执行情况，并及时调整；
3、建立健全财务内控与风险预警机制，严格把控财务风险；‌
4、负责对财务运营状况进行分析并提出建议，支撑业务决策，为公司经营决策提供可靠的财务数据；
5、负责集团上市过程中的财务规范化工作，重点是财务管理及核算体系建设，包括财务预算、财务决算、财务分析、内部审计等。
任职要求：
1.、统招本科及以上学历，有医疗器械、大型制造企业、集团化财务工作经验者优先；
2、具备5年以上财务管理经验，有公司上市（IPO）经验或者3 年以上大型制造企业者优先；
3、熟悉财务、税务法规和相关政策，具有较强的财务分析能力和风险控制意识；
4、具备优秀的沟通、协调、领导、组织能力，具有团队管理经验。
