岗位职责：
1、负责高压直流电源模块、UPS产品硬件开发工作，负责逆变器原理图设计、电路仿真，器件选型与设计等；
2、完成ACDC、DCDC、DCAC等功率板的设计和调试，功率电路设计、器件选型、磁性器件选型等，负责设计验证测试，测试问题解决，样机调试；
3、负责调试及优化ACDC控制板、功率板的硬件电路；负责电路调试优化、降本等工作，负责BOM制作，物料承认，相关技术文档输出及积累；
4、负责硬件平台搭建，技术支持和转产协调。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业，具有扎实的电力电子专业理论基础；
2、五年以上逆变器开发经验，熟悉磁性元件、EMI、安规、热流，熟悉逆变器行业国家及国际标准；
3、熟悉产品开发流程，常用元器件的选择和使用，数字控制，CPU、DSP控制单板设计；
4、熟练使用设计软件，熟练应用pads或AD等PCB设计工具，会运用match 、cad计算硬件参数，会运用Matlab或Saber辅助仿真熟悉使用通用仪器，能够独立完成电路设计调试以及测试验证工作；
5、具备良好的问题解决能力，有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，较强的责任感及进取精神，工作认真细致有耐心。
