职位描述
寻找具有AI相关经验的高级Java开发工程师，构建和优化基于人工智能的应用系统。该岗位要求你具备扎实的Java开发基础，同时对应AI技术有一定的了解，并能在实际项目中应用AI解决方案。

工作职责
1.设计和开发高性能、可扩展的后端服务，支持AI系统的需求。
2.对基于大模型的AI项目进行效果优化，按要求完成项目功能的设计和实现。
3.负责与客户进行需求沟通，获取、分析、引导、整理需求；
4.按照公司规范制定项目设计和开发方案、计划并执行，形成项目文档；
5.对项目的*终结果负责，即质量、进度和成本满足预期且使客户满意；

任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上软件开发工作经验；
2.具备扎实的Java后端开发经验，熟悉Spring boot、Spring Cloud等主流开发框架。具备架构设计能力。
3.熟练掌握MySQL、Oracle、Redis等数据库及缓存技术。
4.良好的执行能力及协调能力，较强的责任心和抗压能力；
5.熟悉linux开发环境，掌握Java、python、C++中的一种以上语言。有docker等虚拟化软件使用经验。

加分项
1.开发过基于大模型的AI项目，熟悉LangChain、Dify等AI开放框架优先。
2.有AI或机器学习项目开发经验，熟悉TensorFlow、Pytorch等主流框架优先。
