岗位职责:
1、负责项目总体开发进度把控，保证项目顺利交付；
2、负责系统的需求设计、进行系统分析和设计，并形成文档；
3、按照公司规范，主持分析和详细设计的工作，并进行核心代码的开发；
4、对接用户需求，进行设计、开发、测试及上线，并严格遵守时间要求；
5、其他业务系统的对接工作，保证接口正常稳定工作。

任职要求:
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年+互联网后端开发经验，有电商、新零售项目经验者优先；
2、JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；
3、熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等开源框架；
4、熟悉分布式系统原理和设计，熟悉Redis、Kafka等开源项目，能合理进行技术选型，善于解决问题；
5、具备良好的需求分析能力和设计能力，善于主动推动项目进展并*终落地；
6、喜欢钻研新技术，热衷于分享；
7、熟悉微服务架构，并在生产环境进行过实践；
8、具备代码性能优化、生产问题排查的能力。

加分项：
1、有订单、库存、优惠券等系统开发经验者优先；
2、熟悉秒杀、分布式事务解决方案。
