1. 基于 Python 技术栈负责后端服务的设计、开发与维护，使用 Flask 框架搭建高可用、高性能的后台系统，保障业务稳定运行；

4. 快速理解新业务场景与需求，独立完成需求拆解、技术方案设计与落地，主动跟进问题并推动解决；
5. 如有图像识别相关业务模块及wda自动化测试相关开发与优化经验优先；
任职要求
核心要求
1. 3年及以上软件开发经验，熟练掌握 Python 编程语言，
2. 独立完成过 Flask 、Django、FastAPI 等框架内服务设计与接口交互，了解其核心原理与使用技巧
3. 熟悉至少一种主流数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB 等），具备扎实的数据库设计、索引优化、性能调优能力；
4. 掌握前端基础技术栈（HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Vue/React/Amis 等），能够独立完成前端页面开发、接口联调；
5. 具备优秀的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够快速上手新技术、新框架，适应业务快速迭代的节奏；
6. 具备良好的编码规范和文档编写习惯，注重代码可维护性、可扩展性，有团队协作意识。
