岗位职责
1.负责新模具开模及跟进，与客户沟通产品设计图和打样，与模具厂做技术沟通；制定产品的《生产作业指导书》
2.负责生产中模具的异常处理及客户反馈产品的异常处理，及时跟踪处理进程；
3.负责审查模具的工作状况，确保生产正常进行，若生产异常能*时间被发现和处理；
4.配合生产、工艺、质量部门，解决模具及产品成型过程中的技术问题；
5. 参与新产品研发、样品验证、工艺改善及成本优化；
6. 按GMP及医药包装相关要求，完成技术资料整理与归档。
任职要求
1. 专业：
模具设计与制造相关专业；
有药包材/食品包装/塑料模具经验优先。
2.技能：
熟练使用 UG、CAD、Pro/E 等设计软件；
懂注塑模/吹塑模结构，能独立完成模具2D/3D设计。
3. 经验：
有模具设计、产品结构设计经验优先；
优秀应届生/实习生可培养，愿意从储备岗做起。
4. 素质：
工作认真负责，动手能力强，能适应现场跟进；
学习意愿强，愿意长期在药包材/医药包装行业发展。
语言表达清晰、沟通逻辑严谨，善于倾听总结。
