【岗位职责】：
1、建立与维护EHS管理体系：根据国家法律法规及国际标准，建立和完善公司的环境、健康与安全管理体系，确保其有效运行并持续改进。
2、风险评估与预防：定期进行厂区环境、工作场所的安全风险评估，识别潜在危险源，制定并实施预防措施，减少事故发生的可能性。
3、培训与教育：组织开展EHS相关培训，提升全员的安全意识、环保意识和健康保护能力。
4、应急响应管理：制定应急预案，定期组织应急演练，确保在紧急情况下能够迅速、有效地响应，*大限度减少损失。
5、环境监测与健康管理：监督工作环境质量，确保符合环保标准；关注员工健康状况，推动实施职业健康监护计划。
6、合规性审核与报告：定期进行内部EHS审核，确保各项操作符合法律法规要求；准备和提交相关报告，与外部监管机构保持良好沟通。
7、持续改进与创新：探索和应用EHS管理的新方法、新技术，推动公司EHS管理水平不断提升。
【任职要求】：
1、环境科学、安全工程、公共卫生或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
2、至少3年以上EHS管理工作经验，有制造业或相关行业背景者优先。
3、熟悉国家环保、安全生产法律法规，了解ISO 14001、OHSAS 18001或ISO 45001等国际标准。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和数据分析能力，能够熟练操作办公软件。
5、责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的团队合作精神和职业道德。
6、持有国家注册安全工程师、环境影响评价工程师等相关证书者优先。
