14.Ensure DC/RB purchasing policies implement purchasing tools methodologies
15.Team building recruitment: Recruit, hire induct qualified professionals to build a skilled cohesive purchasing team
16.Training Development: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations best practices to ensure the team remains competitive capable.
17.Assign responsibilities: Delegate tasks responsibilities to team members based on their expertise, experience workload capacity
