岗位职责
1.统筹供应商全生命周期管理，负责车灯物料供应商开发、准入审核、现场审核、评级与动态优化，搭建稳定优质供应链。
2.主导供应商绩效考核、年度评审、分级管理，针对短板供应商推动整改、帮扶提升，淘汰不合格供方。
3.对接处理来料质量异常、交期延误、客诉关联供方问题，组织供需双方复盘、制定改善方案并跟踪闭环。
开展供应商议价、比价、成本分析，协同降本；管理采购合同、合作条款，把控合作4.风险。
5.统筹物料采购计划，保障生产用料准时供应；规范采购流程、台账及档案管理。
6.负责采购团队日常分工、培训、绩效考核，统筹部门各项工作落地。
7.对接生产、品质、财务、研发等部门，完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，采购、物流、机械、经管类相关专业优先。
2.3 年以上制造业采购经验，熟悉车灯行业物料及供应链者优先。
3.精通供应商开发、审核、考评、异常处理全流程，了解 IATF16949 汽车行业供方管理要求。
4.熟悉车灯常用物料：塑胶件、透镜、灯珠、线束、密封胶、电镀 / 喷涂配件等优先。
5.沟通谈判、问题协调能力强，原则性强，严谨负责，严守职业操守。
