Recruitment Conditions:
Primary and Secondary School Teachers:
1. Love the education cause, be physically healthy, abide by laws and discipline, have good conduct, be hardworking, and have a strong sense of obedience and teamwork.
2. Have a bachelor's degree or above corresponding to the subject teaching (those with professional titles can be relaxed to associate degree), graduated from a formal institution in education, and obtained the teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding subject.
3. Be good at communicating with parents and students, be enthusiastic about work, and be able to get along with others.
4. Be familiar with the subject curriculum, have novel and unique insights into subject teaching, and accurately grasp the knowledge system and syllabus of each subject.
5. Be able to explore, develop, and organize multiple teaching methods to fully stimulate students' interest; be flexible, approachable, and skilled in communicating with students.

Kindergarten Teachers:
1. Love the preschool education cause, have a strong sense of responsibility, and good professional literacy; abide by laws and discipline, have good conduct, unite with colleagues, be hardworking, and have a spirit of dedication; possess the physical fitness to perform duties normally.
2. Graduated from preschool education, have an associate degree or above, and hold a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate (or graduated from dance, art, or physical education and have corresponding qualification certificates).
3. Have a Mandarin proficiency level of Grade 2 Class B or above.
4. Have at least one year of kindergarten teaching experience (those with more than three years of work experience are preferred).
5. Those with specialties in musical instruments, calligraphy, painting, dance, singing and playing, hosting, etc., are preferred for admission.
6. Be under 40 years old.

Childcare Workers:
1. Love the preschool education cause and like children.
2. Have relevant kindergarten work experience, a health certificate, and a childcare worker qualification certificate.
3. Strictly implement various safety systems and do a good job in children's life management and health care.

Life Department:
1. High school education or above, physically healthy, with regular features, female, love their job, have a hardworking spirit, aged between 25 and 45. Those with special skills may have the age limit appropriately relaxed.
2. Have a high sense of responsibility and love for children, a passion for education, love the profession of life teacher, and those with primary school (kindergarten) life teacher experience are preferred.

Position Salary:
1. Ordinary primary school teachers: 3500-6000, subject leaders: 8000-10000
2. Ordinary junior high school teachers: 4000-7000, subject leaders: 8000-12000
3. Kindergarten teachers: 2000-3000
4. Childcare workers: 1800-2300
5. Life teachers: 2200-2800
