职责描述：
岗位职责
1、战略协同与业务支持
（1）深入理解业务战略与目标，协助制定适配的人力资源解决方案，并为业务决策提供专业建议；
（2）参与业务部门核心会议，推动业务目标落地，协同解决业务发展中的组织效能问题。
2、绩效管理与激励
（1）实施绩效管理机制，包括业务部门的经营计划和KPI的设定、跟踪执行过程、分析评估结果，并结合业务目标提出改进计划；
（2）参与绩效面谈，提供专业建议，推动绩效结果在薪酬激励、项目奖金发放、晋升发展和相关奖惩中的应用。
3、人才发展与梯队建设
（1）开展关键岗位人才招聘，参与人才画像构建与面试评估，确保人岗匹配；
（2）开展关键岗位和关键人才盘点，制定关键岗位人才储备培养计划，搭建人才梯队；
（3）建设内部培训资源，结合业务需求设计培训体系和课程，推动员工技能提升及职业发展路径规划
4、团队文化建设
（1）• 推动企业文化在业务部门的落地，通过团建活动、仪式感设计、文化宣导等方式增强员工信心和团队凝聚力；
（2）建立员工沟通机制，及时了解员工心声、为员工排忧解难；
（3）定期组织团队诊断（如组织氛围调研），识别文化问题并提出改进策略。
任职要求：
（1）2年以上HRBP经验，有研发机构/制造业背景优先；
（2）较强的沟通协调和人际洞察力，能承受高强度工作压力；
（3）熟悉绩效管理、人才发展、企业文化至少2个人力资源模块。
