- 人才发展：搭建培训与内训师体系，组织各层级专项培训，梳理任职资格，推进员工晋升与竞聘工作。
- 员工关系：搭建员工关怀体系，严控离职率（≤3%），妥善处理突发危机事件与劳资关系。
任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，人力相关专业优先，持二级及以上人力证书者优先；
- 5-8年HR全模块工作经验，3年以上制造行业HR负责人经验，熟悉IATF16949体系优先；
- 具备体系搭建、招聘统筹、成本管控、危机处理及战略统筹能力，抗压性强，执行力突出。
