2、专业技能：熟悉电气线路连接及机械设备的维修，具备独立诊断和排除故障的能力。
3、理化协同能力：掌握基本的理化测试知识，能够配合理化测试团队完成相关协同工作。
4、综合素质：工作细致认真，有较强的责任心和安全意识，具备良好的团队协作精神。
