岗位职责：
1. 独立开发能力
- 独立完成需求拆解、技术方案设计及核心模块开发，输出规范的接口文档与单元测试
- 优化现有系统性能，解决数据库慢查询、接口响应延迟等实际问题
2. 技术栈深度应用：
- 熟练使用Flask/FastAPI等web框架开发高内聚低耦合的RESTful API，熟悉ORM基本特性。
- 结合业务场景设计MySQL表结构，熟练使用索引优化、执行计划分析等调优手段
3. AI工具链整合：
- 基于claude code等Agent框架实现业务场景的AI功能集成（如文档智能解析、流程自动化）
- 开发数据处理脚本，配合业务团队完成数据自动化，智能化集成
4. 工程化协作：
- 使用Git管理代码，参与CI/CD流程设计
- 编写可维护性强的代码，主动推动团队Code Review与文档沉淀
任职要求：
1. 硬性技术指标：
- 有一定的python开发经验（熟悉元类、装饰器、异步编程等高级特性）
- 了解至少一个Web框架（如Flask源码阅读经验、FastAPI依赖注入机制实践）
- 熟练使用SQLAlchemy/DjangoM，能通过索引优化提升查询性能
2. 工程化思维：
- 熟悉单元测试（pytest）、接口自动化测试方案（如Postman+Newman）
- 熟悉Nginx配置，熟悉Linux服务器操作
3. 业务理解力：
- 能快速理解医药研发场景需求（如临床试验数据管理流程）
- 能用技术手段解决业务方痛点（例如通过缓存机制减少重复计算）
加分项：
- 使用过LangChain/LlamaIndex等框架开发过AI原型优先考虑
- 熟悉使用claude code、codex等AI工具。
