3、熟练使用SpringCloud、SpringBoot、Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis等常用的开发框架，对其框架设计及其原理有一定了解。对nacos、熔断限流、openfeign设计原理有所了解；
4、熟练使用Oracle、MySQL等常用的数据库，对数据库锁、索引、执行计划较深的理解和应用能力。对Mysql优化有实战经验，具备丰富的SQL性能优化能力；
5、熟悉redis、mq、es等微服务相关中间件的使用，有分布式开发设计经验；
6、熟悉微服务开发思想，熟悉领域驱动设计思想；
7、熟悉常用存储与中间件原理，如mysql、redis等；
8、了解前端vue框架，具备相关项目经验；
9、有较强的责任心，有良好的沟通能力、团队意识、质量意识，性格开朗，工作积极主动；
10、有金融领域业务系统开发经验者优先；
11、可接受不影响开发技术工作的和沟通交流的残障人士。
