任职要求：
1. 专业背景：计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 工作经验：2-3年 Java 开发经验，有大型项目开发经验，具备独立完成模块开发与系统优化的能力，有电商行业项目经历优先；
3. 熟练掌握SpringBoot 框架及 Spring 生态；
4. 熟悉Elasticsearch，能够进行索引设计、查询优化和集群管理
5. 熟悉数据MongoDB、MySQL数据库数据库；
6. 熟练使用 MySQL、Redis，熟悉消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka ）；
7. 具备微服务与分布式系统开发经验，熟练运用 Git 进行版本控制；
8. 问题解决：能独立分析复杂业务与技术问题，有系统性能调优和高并发场景处理经验，具备快速定位与解决问题的能力。
