BMS工程高级主管（PCBA行业）
岗位职责
（一）BMS开发与工程管理
1. 主导BMS硬件设计评审工作，确保PCBA具备高可靠性，涵盖原理图设计、PCB设计以及DFM分析等关键环节，把控设计质量，提升产品稳定性。

2. 全面负责SMT+DIP全流程工艺管控，例如精准进行钢网设计，优化回流焊参数，深入分析波峰焊缺陷等，保障生产工艺的高效与稳定。
（二）生产技术支持
1. 及时解决量产过程中出现的各类电子异常问题，包括元器件失效、焊接不良、EMC问题等，并推动FA根因分析，提出有效改进措施，降低不良率。

2. 优化PCBA/FCT测试方案，提高产品直通率，增强BMS产品的一致性和稳定性，提升生产效率和产品质量。
（三）团队与供应商协作
1. 严格管理PCBA供应商的技术能力，审核其工艺标准与交付质量，建立良好的合作关系，确保原材料和零部件的优质供应。

2. 积极培养技术团队，建立健全BMS工程规范，包括设计标准、工艺标准、测试标准等，提升团队整体技术水平和工作规范性。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、电气工程等相关专业，具备扎实的专业知识基础。

2. 拥有5年以上PCBA工程管理经验，对BMS架构有深入了解，熟悉AFE、MCU、采样电路等关键部分，能够熟练处理相关技术问题。

3. 精通SMT/DIP工艺，熟悉锡膏印刷、回流曲线、选择性波峰焊等操作流程，以及SPI/AOI/ICT等设备的使用，能够有效把控生产工艺和质量检测环节。
