4 深入了解安全生产运行状况，通过对各类报表了解和分析，及时发现问题和异常点，通报各相关部门，提出对应的改善意见和方案，并监督采用的安全改进措施落实情况。
5 经常保持与各部门间的工作联系与信息沟通，协力配合各部门共同完成各项安全工作；
6 不折不扣执行总经理、上级领导下达的各项指令，并按规定时间内如期完成。
7 负责协助有关部门制订安全生产管理制度，负责审查安全操作规程，并对执行情况进行监督检查。
8 组织新员工入公司安全教育和员工的安全技术培训，开展安排安全生产宣传，对特种作业人员按期组织复训。
9 建立员工职业健康监护档案，组织在职员工每年职业健康体检。
10 建立特种设备定期检验台帐，监督特种设备定期检验。
