岗位职责：
1，沟通客户，跟进客户送样进程，了解客户需求。
（1）送样品实时进度跟进，实时反馈厂内。（2）客户关注点存在问题的甄别，提高送样的成功率.（3）客户新需求与厂内能力沟通.
2，硅片产品生产规格，熟悉掌握8/12inch硅片的生产工艺的关键点及技术壁垒，工程规格书作成。
（1）协助对内AE制作工程规格书，确保产品规格生产符合客户要求及产线良率.（2）灵活应对客户的提问沟通.
3，技术支持，提供与客户端的技术交流问题分析。
（1）配合销售与客户技术案方面方面的问题商讨。（2）配合品质部门对送样出现的问题进行调查。（3）了解客户端评价硅片的各种方式及原理并用于厂内分析。
4.其他日常工作,与其他部门协调配合的工作,领导交办的其他任务。
（1）积极配合其他部门，完成由本岗位承担的工作。（2）周期性整理收集当前客户端存在的问题点，汇总成报告形式进行记录.（3）厂内延误事项，实验超期事项的追进.
岗位要求：
1、统招本科以上，材料、物理、化学、电子等相关专业；
2、英语口语流利者优先；
3、有5年以上芯片或硅片加工经验优先；
