岗位职责：
1.根据品牌调性（品牌名xxzxx）及目标客群，开拓小红书平台为主的KOC&KOL资源，(定期维护明星资源）达成有效曝光合作，为店铺积累优质达人资源库。
2.有效把控合作流程推进，包括博主资源拓展，名单提报、分析筛选、合作跟进、价格谈判、内容审核、数据追踪和复盘。
3.梳理和储备媒体资源库，制定有效的达人评估体系，了解行业趋势及新媒体资源，进行品牌价值沉淀。
4.协助策划和执行品牌发布会、新店开业等公关活动，监测媒体和公众对品牌的评价，及时进行舆情管理。
5.负责品牌样衣及配饰管理及其他部门常规工作需求。

任职要求：
1.有良好的沟通能力，做事认真细致，责任心强，执行力强，性格外向，积极努力。
2.各新媒体平台的资深玩家，具备较好的网感和营销思维
3.熟练运用Excel, word等办公软件。（会使用飞书多维表格优先）
4.有良好审美，热爱时尚行业，认可品牌风格
5.本科及以上学历，至少1年以上小红书等新媒体平台投放推广经验，有艺人、博主以及直播资源者优先
