岗位职责描述
1. 项目实施与上线交付，负责 MES 项目推进：业务调研、流程梳理、需求分析、蓝图设计、现场实施。
2. 制定项目解决方案，撰写需求报告、需求规格书及解决方案文档。
3. 负责用户培训、上线辅导、运行监控及问题处理，保障系统在生产、仓储、质量等环节稳定运行。
4. 系统配置与二次开发，MES 系统参数配置、流程配置、权限配置、报表与看板开发。
5. 承接业务侧定制化需求，编写详细的开发需求文档、接口文档、数据模型说明及测试用例。
6. 负责产品前后端研发、维护、升级，完成核心代码编写，针对不同业务需求给出技术解决方案。
7. 需求管理与系统优化，建立业务需求台账，统筹管理新增需求、变更需求及优化需求跟踪系统运行数据，持续优化业务流程、系统功能。

任职资格描述
1. 本科及以上学历，十年以上制造行业 MES相关工作经验，至少五年 MES 实施或开发经验。
2. 熟悉 MES 核心模块（工单、工艺、设备、质量、追溯、报表）了解生产执行、过程管控、质量追溯、设备点检、物料防错、数据集成等业务场景，熟识生产制造、仓储作业与物流调度相关的详细业务流程与操作规范。
3. 熟练 MES/WMS 系统配置操作、流程设计、报表看板开发，理解 B/S 架构、数据库（SQL）、接口开发及数据建模逻辑，具备较强的 SQL 使用及调优经验。
4. 熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、Mybatis、Hibernate 等开源框架。
5. 熟悉 J2EE 设计模式，了解 HTML5、JavaScript、Ajax、JSON、Vue/React 等前后端技术。
沟通推进：具备优秀的项目推进能力；能独立对接业务部门，推动需求落地、开发交付、上线闭环。
综合素质：工作认动、责任心强，抗压性强，具备问题分析与解决能力。
出差要求：能接受工厂出差，适配现场调研、实施交付及上线支持。
行业背景：有半导体制造行业MES 项目经验优先。
