工作职责
1、负责基于MCU(STM32/RSIC V/FX3)的嵌入式系统的软件开发，包括需求分析、MCU选型、软件架构设计、驱动开发及系统联调；
2、负责sensor、camera接口、ISP、编解码模块、陀螺仪、Flash及各类外设模块及芯片的底层代码编写与调试，确保系统级的可靠性；
3、设计并调试RTOS（FreeRTOS、uC/OS、RT-Thread）或多任务裸机系统，解决资源竞争与中断冲突问题；
4、设计bootloader固件更新协议、串口通信协议、网口udp协议、ptp对时协议、工业相机Vision协议等的设计。
5、负责MCU的维护与迭代，处理客户使用中新增的需求及解决BUG。
岗位要求
1、本科或以上学历；计算机、电子信息工程、自动化、通信工程或相关专业毕业；10年以上相关工作经验；
2、精通C，C++，makefile；掌握Keil、Eclipse等开发环境，熟练使用J-Link等调试工具；
3、熟悉MCU硬件架构（时钟树、中断、DMA配置等）及寄存器级编程，能看懂datasheet，掌握相关硬件知识；
4、具备较强的软件开发与优化调试能力，有独立开发产品的经验；能独立承担从零起点的项目开发；
5、有良好的编码习惯，代码的重用性高，可读性好、模块层次划分清晰；
6、有一定的技术管理经验，带过团队，能拆解分配技术工作，制定开发计划，组织技术攻关，善于指导团队成员；
7、责任心强，沟通能力强，独立工作能力强，团队合作精神好。
