职责描述：
1、根据月度主排产计划确认物料齐套并制定日生产计划；
2、负责生产异常问题点跟进与协调，确保产线顺畅，对生产日常产能进行管控，确保客户订单按时交付；
3、根据仓库每月成品呆滞报表对呆滞品跟进消耗，提升库存周转率。
4、根据每日销售订单跑MRP需求计划，下达采购申请；
5、根据主生产计划制定物料需求计划给采购部；
6、跟催采购部回复交期，并跟踪物料到货；
7、库存/来料异常物料及时与相关部门确认处理，确保工单齐料上线，满足生产交付；
8、呆滞库存可消耗的跟踪处理。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，男女不限，3年以上制造企业PMC经验或生产管理类经验；
2、ECXEL、WOrd、数据图表操作熟练，数据分析能力强，具备一定的沟通协调能力，熟悉产能核算逻辑关系，对产能达成关键因素项熟悉，熟悉生产制造流程，并具备一定的工艺流程分解产能核算认知；
3、对ERP系统、常用统计函数精通，对产品周期、物料周期推算有一定的认知，具备一定的成本管控意识；
5、较强的责任心、工作细致、数据敏感、团队合作意识
