岗位职责：
1、负责B端系统的研发工作，结合业务需求设计合理、架构方案，保障系统的高可用、易维护的同时，能够持续提升研发迭代效能，落地优化升级方案；

3、能根据技术当前架构痛点给出指导性方案并快速落地；
4、有3年以上团队管理经验，能带领后台开发团队快速交付产品
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机或软件相关专业；5年以上开发经验，3年以上架构经验，精通Java领域相关技术栈，精通sping cloud等微服务框架
2、有丰富的B端系统开发经验和架构设计能力，有处理海量数据分析洞察产品经验优先；
3、对技术有激情，有比较强的架构设计能力，喜欢钻研，能快速接受和掌握新技术，解决工作中的技术难点与卡点；
4、有较强的业务理解能力，协作能力强，能够深入业务，并推动业务提升效率；
5、具备较好的抗压能力，有高度的责任心与自驱力；
6、有系统重构经验优先，有大厂背景经验优先
