工作职责：
1. 负责体外诊断试剂开发所需条件的准备、开发试验的执行，以及试剂研发的实验室及物料耗材管理工作；
2. 负责体外诊断试剂的设计、开发、输出，产品性能研究、风险管理及注册文件的编写；
3. 负责工艺的优化、产品原料的筛选和确认，负责外联合作单位的相关项目，与外部有关部门进行项目合作和协调等;
4. 协调解决公司新产品研发过程中的疑难问题，对新产品的注册资料编制、审核、申报、审评等相关工作提供支持，负责体外诊断试剂临床测试和新品上市技术支持工作；
5. 熟悉产品开发流程和逻辑，并进行全方位跨专业合作解决复杂疑难技术问题 (如仪器、芯片、卡盒和生化试剂集成开发等)。
任职要求：
1. 细胞生物学、生物化学、分子生物学、免疫学、检验学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
2. 从事IVD研发岗3年以上，熟悉诊断产品研发流程，能解决产品开发过程中出现的问题;
3．具有生化试剂开发经验，能够独立完成试剂开发的实验设计与实施，有感染领域的项目开发经历者优先。
